1. Q. When is the Jersey War Tunnels opening to the public for 2025 season?

A. Due to the nature of the maintenance work that is been carried, we expect to open to the public last week of March 2025, for more details please check our opening times web page and Facebook Page for more updates.

3. Q. Where can I buy Admission Tickets?

A. You can buy tickets for the Tunnels Online through the ‘buy tickets' button (buy ticket online) on the Jersey War Tunnels website or you can buy tickets on site at our Guest Reception Tills and Self-service Kiosk all located in the main visitor centre.

We suggest you pre-purchase your ticket online, and please note that between the hours of 10:00-12:30 can get extremely busy with increased waiting times. Our quieter times are between 14:00-17:00. Last entry at 15.30.

4. Q. What kind of Facilities are available at Jersey War Tunnels?

A. Here at Jersey War Tunnels, we offer the following essential amenities, should you wish to make use of them during your visit: (practical-information)

· Gift Shop on the Ground flood (visit shop page)

· Café (1st Floor) lift and ramp access is available (visit Café page)

· Free WiFi available in the visitor centre.

5. Q. How Accessible is the Jersey War Tunnels?

A. To ensure a family friendly visit, the Tunnel Complex is fully accessible for a variety of needs including pushchairs, wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

We have a limited number of mobility scooters and wheelchairs available for Hire at a small fee. Customers are welcome to bring their own equipment for use during the visit (visit practical information page).

The Tunnels are level throughout without steps.
